Talk is Cheap, and Narrow is the Way

People talk about "believing in Jesus..." Let me ask you something, you who profess to believe in the Rav (Master), Yeshua ben Yosef, MiNetzeret...  Yeshua says, 'THINK NOT that I have come to destroy the Torah and the Prophets. I HAVE NOT come to destroy but to bring them to their fullness. (Cf. Yeshayahu / Isaiah 42:21) For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass, not the smallest part of the Torah will by any means disappear from the Torah before everything is accomplished. Whoever therefore relaxes one of the LEAST of these commandments and teaches men so will be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great.' (Mattityahu / Matthew 5:17-19) This saying of the Rav is CENTRAL to the correct understanding of his words and the words of his shlichim (ones sent, a.k.a. apostles). And let's face it, this saying is not what the large majority of "Christianity" teaches. So tell me, you who profess to believe in the Master, do you really believe him, or not? Truly, we answer this question with our actions. If we reject the Commandment of God (a.k.a. the Word of God, a.k.a. Moses) for the traditions of men, then we join those who the Master called HYPOCRITES. (Cf. Mark 7) As Ya'akov HaTzadik (or "James the Just") says, 'be doers of the word,...

Jesus vs Yeshua, To Tell the Truth!!

Jesus vs Yeshua, To Tell the Truth!!

There was a game show many years ago called “To Tell the Truth”. It was a show that had one real person and three other imposters pretending to be the same person. The panel would ask questions and then try and determine the true one from the imposters. That is the argument made by Jews and anti-missionaries who try to dissuade Jews fr ...

Similarities to Judaism | Messianic Judaism #2

I believe that Messianic Judaism is another branch of Judaism much like Orthodox, Conservative, Reform, etc. This is because we have more in common with Judaism, I believe, than with Christianity. It is not the purpose of this article to debate the various branches of Judaism. I am simply looking at how Messianic Judaism fits into the whole pictur ...

In Mattityahu / Matthew 5:17-19 For, amen, truly I say to you, until Shamayim and haaretz pass away, not one yod, not one tag, will pass from the Torah until everything is accomplished. Therefore, whoever annuls one of the least of these mitzvot and so teaches Bnei Adam, shall be called katon (least) in the Malchut HaShamayim; but whoever practice ...

King Messiah said: (words of the wise)

One day a famous Jewish teacher said, "Someone who is trustworthy in a small matter is also trustworthy in large ones, and someone who is dishonest in a small matter is also dishonest in large ones. So if you haven't been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who is going to trust you with the real thing? If you haven't been trustworthy wit ...

“Don’t you know that your body is a temple for the Ruach Hakodesh (Holy Spirit) who lives inside you, whom you received from God? The fact is, you don’t belong to yourselves; for you were bought at a price. So use your bodies to Glorify God. Torah L’Olam – Torah 4 Ever

Torah L'Olam - Torah 4 Ever

Disclaimer: We are not the Jewish Church. The standard teaching of the Christian Church is that the Torah is no longer applicable for believers in our Rabbi Yeshua. Ma’asei HaShlichim / Acts 15 is often the text used to substantiate this claim. Ma’asei HaShlichim 15:19-22 "Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which ...

Revealing the Torah of Mashiach

Maran Yeshua Melech HaMashiach (King Messiah) taught  that the Torah given to Bnei Yisrael (children of Israel) would not be changed until the heavens and the earth passed away. We know that Melech HaMashiach commissioned His emissaries to teach both Jewish and Gerim (non-Jews who join Israel through emuna / faith in Mashiach) everything that ...

In the Beginning HaShem Created a House

Parsha Bereshit (Genesis 1:1-6:8): “When God began to create heaven and earth.” (Genesis 1:1) Many English translations of the Hebrew Bible (Jewish Scriptures) stated that “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth”, but the Hebrew Jewish Scritures tells a different story. In Hebrew, the first pasuk / verse say ...
