Losing my Jewishness

losing my jewishness | Losing my Jewishness

If I believe in Rabbi Maran Rabbeinu Yeshua as the Messiah, won’t I lose my Jewishness? No you won’t! God made you Jewish and no one can ever change that, regardless of what any one might say. You are still a descendant of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, it is in your DNA (and even through your spiritual DNA, called Neshama). Besides, the real question is, "Is our Rabbi Maran Yeshua the Jewish Messiah?" If he really is the Jewish Messiah, then believing in him is the most Jewish thing that you can do. If HaKodesh Baruch Hu (the Holy One blessed be He) sent our holy Rabbi Yeshua, and commands us to believe in him, then faith in Maran Yeshua is Jewish, no matter what the majority may say. Truth is determined by God – not by a majority vote. Remember that Messianic Judaism is basically Jewish, it is not Christianity (Although some groups do mix both, for which this writer completely disagrees).

Our holy Rabbi, Maran Yeshua was/is a descendant of King David. He was raised in a Jewish home and went to synagogue. He perfectly kept the entire Torah (see Galatians 4:4). Our holy Rabbi Maran Yeshua the most Jewish of Jews (An orthodox Rabbi by today’s standars, a Jewish Settler, a pharise, a Torah Jew). Our Rabbi Yeshua taught that He fulfilled, not set aside, the Torah (see Mattityahu 5:17-19). All His early disciples lived very Jewish lives. The Messianic movement was entirely Jewish at its inception.

Our Scriptures are Jewish. The Jewish Bible provides the foundation of our faith and the Besorah Tova HaGeula (Good News of Redemption) was written by Jews to Jews (non-Jew are reading a Jewish story). The early Messianic movement was an authentic Jewish movement that existed for 700 years then after that, it trickled (there has always been Jewish people who has believed in our Rabbi as our holy Messiah). Messianic Judaism has been miraculously re-born (increased in numbers) by HaShem’s Spirit since the 1960′s. You can be part of this exciting movement with Messiah that will last forever and ever. The decision is yours.
